‘Home is a journey’ 2016: A verbatim theatre piece commissioned by Ground Up and Burnley Mechanics Theatre. Exploring notions of ‘home’, this evocative performance drew from interviews with Trinity housing residents living with dementia.
‘Knocking on’ 2015: Commissioned by Pennine Horizons and The Heritage Lottery Fund, to gather oral recordings from Calderdales lesbian community with a direct playback performance.
‘Diggin’ Up Black Gold’ 2014: Supported by Creative Recovery Barnsley and Goldthorpe Development Group. Site-responsive theatre performances in working spaces across Goldthorpe town centre exploring the towns rich mining heritage. The event was bolstered by exhibitions, live music and poetry.
