In 2015 I was commissioned to gather oral recordings from Calderdales lesbian community. The recordings were transcribed, developed and performed directly as a play-back verbatim theatre piece to participants, and a wider audience. The piece reflected on the political, social, economic and pschyo-geographics of how Calderdale became renowned for being such a vibrant gay inclusive community.
